ICA Group is one of the Nordic region’s largest retailers. Groceries are their core business. With 2,400 stores, in five different geographical markets, ICA is a true industry leader in a market where the competition is tough.
ICA asked us if we could guide them in the process of finding out what “Next Generation Marketing” would mean for them. In order to help ICA continue building a world class brand, we developed a new strategy, UX and design that delivered on their vision – to make every day a little easier.
